Christmas: The Aftermath

Merry Christmas!

I hope you all got what you asked for and enjoyed your time with family and friends.
I had a fantastic day and ate way too much food.  However, as the day wore on it became apparent that I was a sick monkey.  Yeah this sucks.

I didn't put a cold on my wish list for Santa and yet...here I am all congested and snotty and miserable.  Oh and did I mention that I have to work tomorrow?  Yeah I am already over it.  I am ready for a day off to recover from this crap as well as  from Christmas itself.

I will hopefully have a blog post with more substance for you tomorrow or it may wait until Tuesday.. I haven't decided yet.

For now... Good night all!!!

Load of warm fuzzies for you!!!!

Moving Is An Adventure

So I am moved.

Everything is still in boxes and bags and apart and nowhere near done, but things are looking very good. Things will get done slowly but surely. We are also making a list for the maintenance Guy which will be coming by. We are going to see if he van hook up the washer and dryer for us as well. We need a few more light bulbs and such, but this house is 100 times better than where we had been.

There will be pictures when we get settled and things get hooked up and things like that.

Gonna be lazy for a bit.

Mobile Bibliophile

Okay, have posted to goodreads, and Facebook and twitter, that I have no computer right now. My netbook is dead and my desktop has been dead for a while now.  So until things can get worked out I will be updating a bit through my roommate's android phone and the blogger app.

Right now I am reading Trinity by Clare Davidson and Wicked by Gregory Maguire.

Anyway! Time for me to get going. Raining and thundering here, and gonna play a game on the Wii I think...or take a nap.

A day off

Today I had a day off and it is being spent running errands. A Dr appointment for Shawn, then a trip to walmart for some groceries then home. I have an interview with Natasha McNeely to share with you when I get home. Also I am working on another interview with Robert Downs the author of Falling Immortality, which is an awesome book.

My current reading list is:
Francesca of Lost Nation
The Moon Dwellers
The Legacy of the Wolf - Cheysuli omnibus 2
Voluspa

Beyond that I have quite a few reviews to get done for you all.

Alright, more when I get home.

Lots of love,
Cae

Saturday morning errands

Good morning to you! Today is proving to be somewhat productive despite being out of the house. Am at the doctor with my roommate's other half.
I have a couple of ideas for my CampNaNoWriMo novel titled "A Tinker's Tune" which is the first book in a series I have in the works, it is going to be called Songs of the Aether and will be epic steampunk!! Am hoping I can get it done and then comes editing and maybe self-publishing.
Later today there will be a few reviews and today's issue of Bibliophile Eats. I also need to announce the final winner of a copy of Angel Evolution by David Estes. So lots of good stuff for you today when I get home.
Signing off for now,
The Bibliophile
